Our service style reflects the region itself—

Refined yet relaxed, sophisticated yet genuinely warm.

Embracing international influences, we let the landscape dictate the menu, curating exceptional ingredients from the producers who know this soil and sea best.

Here, a meal is more than just a meal—

Every dish tells the story of our coastal heritage: oysters harvested from the Sado estuary and the freshest daily catch pulled directly from the waters of Sesimbra and Carrasqueira. Grounded by organic vegetables from Grândola, responsibly raised local meats, and a cellar of regional wines, our cuisine is a pure celebration of natural abundance.

At Cavalariça, time slows down.
